“Harwich Conscom: Seaweed on Dunes OK”

The Cape Codder reports that the Harwich Conservation Commission voted to allow town workers to continue dumping seaweed on vegetated dunes at Red River Beach, dismissing a neighbor's concerns that the dumping is a violation of the Commission’s own order of conditions.
