Harwich Conservation Commission Allows Seaweed Dumping on Red River Beach Dunes

The Cape Codder reports that the Harwich Conservation Commission voted to allow town workers to continue dumping seaweed on vegetated dunes at Red River Beach, dismissing a neighbor's concerns that the dumping is a violation of the Commission’s own order of conditions.
