Conservation Tax Law Update

The Nantucket Land Council has posted on its website a ten-page Land Trust Alliance booklet detailing the 2006 federal tax incentive for conservation restriction donations. The incentive expired on December 31, 2007, but now has been extended through December 31, 2009, by recent passage of the federal Farm Bill, so the information in the booklet should still be current.
