Susan Milton reports that the Orleans Conservation Commission’s concerns about surrounding wetlands have slowed a proposed 3-acre restaurant redevelopment project near the rotary in Orleans and Eastham. The Ninety Nine Restaurant chain, which planned to build on open space, has pulled out of the project.
